Artwork Design Policy:

1. Free Service: Artwork design is provided as a free service under the terms of this agreement.

2. Availability: Please note that our artwork design service is subject to availability. We strive to accommodate all requests, but there may be times when our design team is at full capacity.

3. Timeframe: Creating custom artwork takes longer than using customer supplied art. Please allow for additional time in your project timeline if you're requesting custom artwork design.

4. Commercial Printing Rights: By accepting our free artwork design service, you agree that Sublime Slaps LLC maintains exclusive commercial printing rights to the artwork designed for you or your company.

5. Exceptions: If you wish to obtain commercial printing rights for the designed artwork, a separate Artwork Design Fee must be paid. This fee is a minimum of $100 per design.

6. Usage: Without paying the Artwork Design Fee, you may not use the artwork created by Sublime Slaps LLC for commercial printing purposes with other vendors.

7. Revisions: The free service includes a reasonable number of revisions. Excessive revisions may incur additional charges.

8. Ownership: Upon payment of the Artwork Design Fee, you will receive limited rights to use the artwork. Full copyright transfer is not included and would require a separate agreement.

9. Customer-Supplied Content: Sublime Slaps LLC claims no ownership over customer-supplied logos or artwork provided for use in a design. Our ownership claim extends only to the new design elements we create.

10. Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of your business ideas and concepts shared during the design process.

11. Marketing Usage: Sublime Slaps LLC reserves the right to use designs created under this agreement in our own marketing and collaborative efforts as long as the product has been publicly announced or launched. If you prefer your design not be used in this manner, please inform us explicitly.

12. Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the design service after work has begun but before completion, we reserve the right to bill for time spent at our standard hourly rate.

13. Approval Requirement: The final product must be approved by the customer prior to production.

14. Error Responsibility: Sublime Slaps LLC is not responsible for any errors that are not corrected before the proof is approved by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly review and approve the final proof.

15. Final Check: We strongly encourage customers to double-check all text, colors, sizes, and other design elements before giving final approval.
